Become a Certified Dietary Manager – Free Training for Maine Residents
Northern Maine Community College is offering Maine’s only Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP) training program, starting October 14, 2025. This 100% online, flexible program prepares foodservice professionals with two or more years of qualifying management or supervisory experience to apply for the nationally recognized Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) Credentialing Exam.
