What to bring with you: 2 passport photos  (available at Sears, Wal-mart, Goin' Postal and the Post Office)  Evidence of citizenship (certified copy of birth certificate)  Photo ID such as a driver's license  Payment   (Two payments will be made in the form of a check.  One to the U.S. Department of State and the other to the NMCC library).
