The standard contracting terms and conditions are incorporated and shall become a part of any final contract that will be awarded by any college or other operating unit of the Maine Community College System (collectively “MCCS”). These terms and conditions derive from the public nature and limited resources of the MCCS.
Northern Maine Community College is currently accepting bids for the installation and upgrades to the emergency electrical disconnects located in the Diesel Shop and Residential Construction Shop. This project also includes the installation of new electrical outlets and circuits in the Welding Shop
All questions regarding this RFP must be received in by October 16th, 2014 at 3:00pm - Questions & Answers Bids Due October 20th, 2014 at 10:00am.
Optional project walk-thru: October 14th, 2014 at 10:00am. There will be no further opportunities to view the project area prior the award date.
The project will be awarded by 4:00pm on October 22nd, 2014 Completion by: November 28th, 2014.
