The standard contracting terms and conditions are incorporated and shall become a part of any final contract that will be awarded by any college or other operating unit of the Maine Community College System (collectively “MCCS”). These terms and conditions derive from the public nature and limited resources of the MCCS.

Northern Maine Community College (NMCC) is requesting proposals for design/marketing services for NMCC marketing and informational materials, reports and other program specific projects on an as-needed basis for a two–year time period. Interested firms or individuals should offer a strong portfolio of design work, experience serving clients with goals and mission preferably similar to NMCC, and competitive pricing. Consideration will be given to a vendor’s quality of design; experience (preferably in higher education); demonstrated ability to respond to client needs in a collaborative, creative, and timely fashion; and pricing structure.

Northern Maine Community College is currently accepting bids for temporary employment services to fill 5 custodial positions for a six-month period. These employees will need to have job duties assigned and be supervised by Northern Maine Community College staff. These positions will work a variety of shifts and may be adjusted to fit the needs of the College.

Bids are due no later than June 13th, 2014 at 2:00pm.

Northern Maine Community College is requesting proposals for the bulk delivery of wood pellets to fuel a Schmid boiler. The capacity of the silo storing the pellets is 50 tons and is 35 feet high. The selected vendor must be able to load the pellets into the silo.
