In order to be considered for financial aid at Northern Maine Community College, students must meet certain qualifications.

Students must:

• be accepted into a program of study at NMCC
• be a US citizen or an eligible non-citizen
• not be in default on a federal student loan or owe a repayment of a federal grant.
• certify that you have fulfilled selective service registration requirements or that you are not required to do so. You can now register for selective service on the Internet at: http://www.sss.gov/regist.htm
